AskBetter is an AI-powered prompt enhancement tool that helps users optimise their prompts for better results with AI language models. Our service transforms user inputs into more effective prompts using third-party AI providers (including OpenAI).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AskBetter. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AskBetter to:

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Engage in any form of automated abuse of the service
  • Submit sensitive personal data (e.g. health, financial, or government ID information) in prompts unless you accept the risks described in our Privacy Policy

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your prompts solely to provide the service, including sending them to our third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Enhanced prompts are provided for your personal use, and you may use them freely.

7. Usage Limits

Free accounts are subject to daily and per-minute usage limits. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Excessive or abusive usage may result in account suspension.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AskBetter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that enhanced prompts will produce specific results with any AI system. Results may vary based on the AI model used and other factors. AI-generated output may contain errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskBetter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
