7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AskBetter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that enhanced prompts will produce specific results with any AI system. Results may vary based on the AI model used and other factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskBetter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
